DIVERUS aims to act sustainably, to reduce the company’s environmental footprint, and become a CO₂-neutral company. We are relentless in implementing new sustainability initiatives, and we actively fund and participate in various social and other projects.
We value long-term sustainability and are mindful of what we leave behind; therefore, we only buy timber from forest owners who have committed to replanting every tree cut down. In addition, we participate both financially and literally, using our own hands, in reforestation and various environmental clean-up campaigns, we do our bit for waste sorting and support various charities every year.

DIVERUS team participates in afforestation and environmental clean-up campaigns every year.
We support and promote the ideas of the non-profit organisation www.myliumiska.lt that aims at increasing forest areas in Lithuania and reducing CO₂ in the atmosphere. This organisation not only takes care of the reforestation of barren land, but also provides supervision of the young plantations over eight years. According to them, one tree absorbs up to 25 kg of CO₂ per year, which is why reforestation and increasing forest areas is one of the most effective ways to neutralise the company’s CO₂ footprint.
We participate in the largest of all Lithuanian forest planting – the National Forest Plant.
Every year, we allocate a budget of 10,000 euro to charitable foundations. All DIVERUS employees help selecting the foundations for donation.
For example, in 2022, following the recommendation of the staff, we provided support to:
Charity and support fund “Rugutė” that provides all types of help to children with oncological diseases and their families.
Aid project “Ankstukai” for prematurely born children and aid project “Niekieno vaikai” for hospitalised children without supervision.
Relief organisation “RED NOSES” involving doctor-clowns, and care organisation “Ori senatvė” taking care of the elderly.
Hospice named after Blessed Priest Mykolas Sopočka.
Association “Gero vėjo klubas” (support for Vilnius Children’s Sailing School to restore burnt inventory).
Karate club “Taurus” for its positive contribution to the psychological and physical development of children and young people.
“Let’s do it!” is an international movement with a vision of a healthy and clean world. Every year this campaign is also joined by us – DIVERUS team. This is one of the most significant civic initiatives to tackle the waste problem. Cleaning the environment brings people together and reflects our core value – responsibility.
In DIVERUS office, we actively sort secondary raw materials, such as paper, glass, plastic, and metal. This is our contribution to preventing the depletion of non-renewable resources and energy that would be used to produce new packaging, and thus to slowing down climate change.
